All of us must use people we don't always enjoy. Occasionally they're your own boss. There are many types of difficult bosses. Some prefer to scream and bellcotes are excessively critical and negative if thinking of the work of the others. Even though they can not stand to get critiqued themselves. Generally, this reflects a clearly negative disposition that causes you unnecessary anxiety. Nobody enjoys this circumstance, but what can you do about it? The fast answers that you never publicly agree with their unprofessional behavior. When it's aimed at somebody else or you. Additionally, never mirror them back the same behaviors. That only inflames the situation and sets you on their degree. When faced with negative behaviors a difficult boss, your fundamental choices are either thoughtful measured response or supplying no response at all. Which one makes sense depends on your status their status and your long-term need to work together. First consider your own status. Are you struggling with your own job?

They do not clutter their head with little tasks and half-finished stuff. It is impossible to be creative when you've obtained half-finished items in your head. So, everything has written down someplace. When it is a big thing, and that I really don't know just when I'm going to do it, then it goes into my master list. When it's just a little thing I need to do now, then it goes onto my Jobs-To-Do list. If it's time reliant, he is off'til Wednesday so I will phone him on Thursday, then it goes into my calendar, or diary as I call it. And supporting information enter Evernote if I need to get it.
