Reverse Type 2 Diabetes Naturally - Using Intermittent Fasting (The Guidelines Are Wrong!) Part 1


Setting out to end Type 2 Diabetes naturally, using Intermittent Fasting, starting as a 62 year old in 2016 who'd been fat -- actually, "morbidly obese" at 300 lbs and more -- for more than 30 years, was a big task. I got confirmation from the lab that I'd succeeded in 2017.

As I write this in 2018 and the research and implementation of my simple plan has brought great results. I no longer have Type 2 Diabetes. I have  got rid of it it - doctor confirmed this. Using Intermittent Fasting - no meds, safe and natural.

But there was an enormous benefit - I lost over 120 lbs on the way with other great health benefits too|as well}.
