(The Guidelines Are Wrong!) Using Intermittent Fasting Reverse Diabetes Type 2 Naturally Part 1


Setting out to eliminate Type 2 Diabetes naturally, using Intermittent Fasting, beginning as a 62 year old in 2016 who'd been fat -- actually, "morbidly obese" at more than 300 lbs -- for many, many years, was a big task. I got confirmation from the lab that I'd succeeded in 2017.

Ok, it is now 2018 and the research and implementation of my simple plan has brought great results. I no longer have Type 2 Diabetes. I have  got rid of it it - doctor confirmed this. No meds, safe and natural, with a simple plan using Intermittent Fasting.

But not only that, - I recorded a weight loss of over 120 lbs on the way with other great health benefits too|as well}.
